it happened to my old nano before but when i connected it it was ok but i connected my new one its still frozen and itunes wont recognized it

Every Zune around the world is doing that. They have to change the time I heard something about every clock being a second behind on everything, so dont worry. Itll be fine after a while. My Zunes doing the exact same thing.

once it drys out it will work again properetly as of now it wont turn on but i figure that is becuse it is wet i dried it off best i could but.........
take it apart as much as you can and dry it with a hair dryer. if need be let it sit near the heater dont let it melt! overnight. a few years ago i had one of those motorola startacs and i dropped it in a jacuzzi. after i dried it out it was fine. good luck
