Motorola RAZR NEED HELP!!!!!?
My dads Motorola RAZRs two and up button wont work. They push down but it wont enter it onto the screen PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I can help with this!brbr. When did your dad purchase his phone? Usually, if the phone was purchased less than a year ago, it should still be covered under warranty.brbr. Has the phone been dropped or exposed to liquid? Any visible damage to the phne will void warranty. Also check the back of the phone to see if there is a white dot. If its not white, or its a pinkish, purplish color, that would indicate some type of moisture exposed to phone. Any of that will void the warranty.brbr. If none of the above apply, try calling into customer service and ask for some troubleshooting on the phone or try taking it to your company store for them to confirm the issue.brbrHope this helps!brbr
